1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. SMS Terms of Service

GS ALARMA may send users SMS/text messages related to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, follow-up communications related to existing inquiries, service announcements, special offers, discounts, event promotions, and other business-related communications.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications from GS ALARMA.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, text “STOP” to 438-520-8512. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, you can sign up again as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us at info@gsalarma.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiries, appointments, communication preferences, and interactions with us.

If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, TCPA, and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, functionality, branding, text, graphics, logos, and materials are and will remain the exclusive property of GS ALARMA and its licensors.

The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in Canada and other jurisdictions.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission from GS ALARMA.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GS ALARMA, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the service after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms of Service.
